As this is a very popular event you must book your day and time of your B-B-Q in advance.
You supply all your own food, charcoal, plates, condiments etc:
All adult and children's drinks must be purchased from the bar.
You and your guests use the barbeque, garden, children's climbing frames etc at your own risk.
You must supervise your children at all times, bad behaviour will not be tolerated.
